Nerd Labs is group coaching, not a course. There's nothing to watch on your own schedule and nothing to complete. It's a live, participatory container where you work on your actual business alongside other owners who understand what it's like to carry the weight of it.
Every month includes:
Four live group sessions — a mix of focused teaching, real-time application, and peer discussion. Sessions aren't recorded, which keeps the conversation honest.
A private Slack space — for questions, wins, and sanity-checking decisions between sessions. Intentionally quiet. No content firehose.
An optional monthly 1:1 call — 45 minutes with Sam for anything you want to think through privately or work through without making it a whole thing.

Nerd Labs is a seasonal container, not a forever program. Most people join because they want their business to feel steadier. They stay long enough to build systems they trust and graduate when they no longer need this level of support.
Investment: $345/month 3-month minimum commitment. Month-to-month after that.
Includes four live sessions each month, Slack access, and your optional monthly 1:1. No long-term contracts.
