By the end of two hours, you’ll have your 2026 priorities defined, key projects outlined, and a clear path to execution.
2) Build the Plan

You’ll be guided step-by-step through the Annual Planning Workbook—prompts, frameworks, and templates to help you clarify, plan, and commit.

On your own, about 30 minutes
You’ll complete two workbook pages before we meet to capture a first-draft SWOT and a big goal for the year.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I can't make a live session?
Both sessions are recorded, and your 1:1 is scheduled around you. You'll get the most out of it live, so plan to be there if you can.
Can I bring someone from my team?
Yes. Add a second seat for your COO, ops lead, or right hand at $97. Planning with a partner makes the rollout much easier.
When is the 1:1?
Any time between November 9 and December 11. You'll get a booking link after the kickoff.
What if I can’t make my 1:1?
Life happens. You can reschedule once, as long as it's at least 24 hours before your session. If you miss your session or need to move it a second time, I'll send you a recorded video review of your plan instead, so you still get my eyes on it. All 1:1s need to be booked by November 20 and completed by December 11.
