HOW IT WORKS
Session one: what is (2–3 hrs, live) — walk the business area by area, get everything out on the table, no filtering.
Session two: what should be (2–3 hrs, live) — roles get assigned to real people, gaps and overlaps surface, decisions get made.
Between sessions — I turn the raw material into the finished tool: the roles map plus a one-page report per team member.
Delivery session (~1 hr) — walk you through the finished Blueprint before it goes to your team, plus my read on where the business leans too hard on one person, where roles collide, where someone's maxed out.
