The Ops Blueprint is a structured, two-session process where we take everything that needs to happen in your business and sort it, role by role, person by person, until everything’s owned by the right people and the business stops running through you.
SESSION ONE is about seeing what's happening in your business right now. We walk through your business area by area and map every task that needs doing, whether or not anyone's officially responsible for it yet.
SESSION TWO is about shifting to what should be happening instead. We take what we found and sort it into the roles and people who should actually own each piece, surfacing overlaps, gaps, and anything that's quietly been resting on you.
Between sessions, I build the finished tool: a full roles and responsibilities matrix, plus an individual page for each person on your team, so everyone can see exactly what's theirs.
We close with a short delivery session where I walk you through everything before it goes to your team, plus my insights on what I noticed along the way.
