Nerd Labs Participation Terms

These terms govern participation in Nerd Labs, a group coaching program offered by Nerd Hat Solutions. By enrolling and completing your purchase, you agree to the following.

1. Commitment

Participation in Nerd Labs requires a minimum commitment of three months, beginning on your enrollment date. After the initial three-month period, participation continues month-to-month and may be canceled by either party with 14 days' written notice prior to the next billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts beyond the initial commitment.

2. Nature of the Program

Nerd Labs is group coaching — not consulting, therapy, or done-for-you services. Nerd Hat Solutions will guide live group sessions, provide frameworks and coaching support, facilitate a private Slack space, and offer optional monthly one-on-one calls as described in program materials. No specific business outcomes or results are guaranteed. Nerd Hat Solutions does not provide legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. You remain solely responsible for all decisions made in your business.

3. Format & Participation

Nerd Labs is a live, participatory program. Sessions are not recorded in order to protect privacy and support honest discussion. Missing a session does not entitle you to a replay or substitute. Optional monthly one-on-one calls do not roll over if unused.

4. Confidentiality

Nerd Labs depends on shared trust. You agree to keep all information shared by other participants confidential, not to record sessions or reproduce discussions, and not to share the identities, business details, or personal information of other participants. Nerd Hat Solutions agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding your business information, except as required by law. This obligation continues after your participation ends.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and methodologies provided by Nerd Hat Solutions remain the intellectual property of Nerd Hat Solutions. You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use materials for your own business purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell them. You retain full ownership of your own business ideas, decisions, and implementations.

6. Payment

Nerd Labs is $345 per month, billed on the 1st of each month. Payment is required to maintain active participation. Failure to pay may result in suspension or removal from the program. Fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.

7. Removal

Nerd Hat Solutions reserves the right to remove a participant at its discretion, including for behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or in violation of the confidentiality terms above. In such cases, removal may be immediate and without refund.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, with venue in Chesterfield County, Virginia.
